Alesha Logan

Dr. Alesha Logan is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University, serving in the Family Nurse Practitioner program since 2018. She is also the founder and medical director of Logos Health, a direct primary care clinic in Charlotte, NC. Her expertise spans integrative primary care, women’s health, and faith-based health initiatives.

Her research focuses on integrating weight loss and primary care in community settings, demonstrated through her doctoral project on faith-based health programs. Dr. Logan teaches via innovative online methods, emphasizing technology and engagement. Beyond academia, she operates Logos Health and is a mother of six.

Awarded the 2023 DAISY Award for Nursing Faculty Excellence, she balances clinical practice, education, and family life.
