Aleksandra Klich

Dr. Aleksandra Klich is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Szczecin. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from the same institution and is a legal adviser specializing in medical law, particularly patients' rights and civil claims. Her roles include Head of the Law Clinic, overseeing Student Legal Clinic, Foreigners' Clinic, Discrimination and Mobbing Clinic, and the Court Practice Center. She is a certified mentor and tutor, as well as a Deputy Chairman of the University’s Conciliation Commission.

Education: Completed studies at the University of Szczecin and the Université d'été du droit continental, Paris-Sorbonne, with a 2015 doctoral defense on expert evidence in civil cases involving physician experts.

Research focuses on civil procedure, enforcement proceedings, medical law, personal data protection, and justice system computerization. She collaborates on GDPR compliance audits, risk analyses, and policy development. Teaching includes courses on patients' rights, legal clinics, and dispute resolution methods.

Professional roles: Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Szczecin; Vice-Chairwoman of the Provincial Medical Events Commission (2018–2023); Rotary International member; judge at the Brown-Mosten International Client Consultation Competition. Supervised students who won national and international legal competitions.

Labs/Teams: Oversees multiple legal clinics and coordinates clinical legal education initiatives through the European Network for Clinical Legal Education (ENCLE) and the University Legal Clinics Foundation.
