Aleksandar Ivanov is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Imperial College London. His research focuses on developing novel nanoscale sensors and platforms for single-molecule detection and delivery, including tunnelling nanopore systems, optical/plasmonic nanopores, and nanotweezers. These technologies enable high-resolution studies of DNA, proteins, and organelles in biological systems.
