Alejandro Pardo is an Adjunct Professor at IE University's School of Architecture and Design, teaching 'Design Management.' He holds a PhD in Chemistry from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Texas A&M University (2005), and completed the Program Leadership Development at Harvard Business School (2016). Currently serving as Strategy Director at frog Design (part of Capgemini Invent) since 2019, he leads global innovation initiatives for corporations and startups. Previously, he held roles at Altran Group/Capgemini including Global Director of 'Intelligence for Innovation' (2016–2019) and Innovation Manager (2011–2016).
His research focuses on disruptive technologies and business models, combining academic teaching with corporate innovation consulting. As an investor partner for HBS Angels, he actively engages in startup ecosystems. Professional experience spans 17 years across strategy, innovation consulting, and leadership roles with firms like Deloitte Digital (2006–2007).
