Alejandra Ramos

Alejandra Ramos is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Trinity College Dublin, affiliated with the CESifo Research Network. Her research focuses on gender economics (intimate partner violence and gender norms) and labor economics (retention of talented workers). She holds a Ph.D. from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, with prior studies at HEC Lausanne and undergraduate training in Colombia. She has also worked as a Research Fellow at the Inter-American Development Bank.
