Alejandra Cardelle Cobas

Alejandra Cardelle Cobas is a Researcher at the University of Santiago de Compostela, affiliated with the Faculty of Sciences and the Department of Analytical Chemistry, Nutrition and Bromatology. She leads projects within the LHICA-USC Food Hygiene, Inspection and Control group and contributes to the Strategic Grouping in Sustainable Management and Production of Bioresources (BioReDes).
