As Principal Investigator, she leads two major federal initiatives:
- Project LAUNCH: $5 million SAMHSA grant (2020-2024) providing behavioral health services for children 0-8
- Por Los Niños: $3.5 million HHS grant (2023-2028) delivering trauma-informed care for children under 12
In her doctoral program leadership, Dr. Felleke mentors students through individualized learning, active inclusivity, and integration of social justice theory. She maintains deep community ties with Family Service San Antonio, translating research into evidence-based interventions that strengthen San Antonio's behavioral health and child welfare systems for vulnerable populations.
