Albert F. Appleton

Albert F. Appleton is a Senior Fellow at The Cooper Union Institute for Sustainable Design and an Adjunct Associate Professor teaching advanced sustainability economics seminars. He is a globally recognized expert in water resource management, infrastructure economics, and green financial strategies like Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES), with a career spanning academia, public service, and international consulting.
