Dr. Alastair Reed is an Associate Professor at Swansea University's Cyber Threat Intelligence Center (CyTIC), with affiliations at TU Delft and King's College London. Previously Director of the International Center for Counter-Terrorism (ICCT) in The Hague, he advises governments globally on terrorism-related policies.
