Dr. Alanna Lienig serves as an Associate Professor in the Education Department at Bethany Lutheran College, bringing over 20 years of comprehensive K-12 educational experience spanning public/private schools, special education, and administrative leadership. Her expertise encompasses teacher preparation, special education law, and evidence-based pedagogy across all grade levels.
Her academic credentials include:
- Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Special Education Director Licensure, and Reading from Bethel University, St. Paul
- Master of Science in Special Education and Reading from Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall
- Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Martin Luther College, New Ulm
- Associate in Arts in Liberal Arts from Bethany Lutheran College, Mankato
