Alan Witt is a Professor of Management & Leadership, Public Policy, and Psychology at the University of Houston’s C. T. Bauer College of Business. He earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Tulane University and combines academic expertise with practical experience as a former human resources director in financial services and consultant for public and private sector organizations globally.

Research Interests: His work focuses on strategy-cultural alignment, exploring how leaders can shape organizational culture to align employee values with strategic goals. Key areas include leadership, work climate, organizational politics, job attitudes, well-being, justice/fairness, employee behavior, and emotional intelligence.
