Alan Hanna is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Victoria. His research focuses on Indigenous laws and jurisdiction, governance, rights and title, and environmental sustainability under Indigenous legal traditions. He teaches courses such as Transsystemic Contracts and Indigenous legal research methodologies in the JD/JID program.
