Alan H. Schoenfeld is a Distinguished Professor at the University of California, Berkeley, holding the Elizabeth and Edward Conner Chair in the School of Education and serving as an Affiliated Professor in the Mathematics Department. His work spans research, teaching, and advocacy in mathematics education, with a focus on equitable and ambitious instructional practices.
