Ainsley Dillon serves as Assistant Professor in the Occupational Therapy department within Carlow University's College of Health and Wellness. Concurrently, she operates as CEO and Executive Director of Hilltop Horizons in Aliquippa, PA, a private practice specializing in pediatric and adult therapeutic services.
Her research focuses on innovative therapeutic approaches including hippotherapy and nature-based strategies, with emphasis on client-family collaboration for home program development. She integrates clinical expertise with equine-assisted services to empower individuals with special needs across the lifespan.
