Aimee C. Mapes is an academic and administrator at the University of Arizona, holding multiple roles including Director of the Writing Across Curriculum (WAC) program, Writing Program Coordinator, and General Education Faculty in the Department of Rhetoric, Composition, & the Teaching of English. She earned a Ph.D. in Language, Literacy, and Culture from the University of Iowa, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at Duke University’s Thompson Writing Program.
