Professor Aimee Aubeeluck is a Professor of Health Psychology and Head of the School of Health Sciences at the University of Surrey. She holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology, MSc in Health Psychology, PhD in Health Psychology (2005), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education. As a Chartered Psychologist (BPS) and Registered Health Psychologist (HCPC), her work focuses on caregiver well-being, dementia care, healthcare education, and mental health services.
Her research explores compassionate care in nursing education, quality of life for dementia caregivers, and resilience in healthcare professionals. Notable contributions include developing clinical tools (e.g., MOCHAD-10 for dementia risk reduction) and validating caregiver quality-of-life assessments across neurodegenerative diseases. She has also published on strategic management in universities and palliative care for neurological conditions.
