Ailee Moon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Welfare at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Her research focuses on social welfare policy, program evaluation, and gerontology, with particular emphasis on elder abuse, mental health, and service utilization in diverse populations.

Dr. Moon's research explores cross-cultural dynamics in elder abuse assessment, family preservation programs, and disparities in long-term care access among Korean American, African American, and non-Hispanic white elderly populations.
