Dr. Aida Akbarzadeh is a Postdoctoral Researcher at NTNU's Department of Information Security and Communication Technology, specializing in cybersecurity for critical infrastructure and cyber-physical systems. She holds a Ph.D. in Information Security and Communication Technology and leads research in the Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience (CISaR) group.
Her research focuses on developing advanced threat models for industrial control systems and maritime autonomous systems. Recent projects include vulnerability analysis of power grid substations and navigation systems.
