Dr. Ahmed Hamila is a Wiener-Anspach Foundation Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge, conducting research on "The Construction of a New Space of Collective Action: Mobilization in favor of LGBT refugees in the UK." He completed his PhD under joint supervision between the Université Libre de Bruxelles and the Université de Montréal, focusing on the "LGBT refugee" category in Belgium, France, and the United Kingdom.
