Ahmed Al-Asfour

Dr. Ahmed Al-Asfour is an Adjunct Instructor at Saint Louis University's School for Professional Studies. His research examines workplace mental health, organizational leadership, and human resource development in higher education and multicultural contexts. He holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Wyoming and a graduate certificate in Qualitative Research from Kansas State University.

Recent publications focus on workplace incivility, talent development in minority-serving institutions, and leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Al-Asfour serves on editorial boards for multiple journals including Career Development International and Human Resource Development International. He received the 2016 Adjunct Professor of the Year award at Saint Louis University.
