Ahmad Zeidan

Ahmad Zeidan is a PhD holder in Bioengineering/Systems Biology and serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at the Department of Biotechnology and Biomedicine, Section for Synthetic Biology, at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). His work spans biohydrogen production, thermophilic fermentation, and microbial interactions in biotechnological systems.

Recent publications highlight his expansion into food microbiology, focusing on microbial interactions in cheese flavor formation, genome-scale metabolic modeling, and phage dynamics during dairy fermentation. His earlier work emphasized hydrogen production efficiency and metabolic pathways in extremophiles like Caldicellulosiruptor species.
