Dr. Ahmad Fakhoury is a Professor in the Department of Crop, Soil, and Environmental Management at Southern Illinois University. He holds a Ph.D. in Botany and Plant Pathology from Purdue University, an M.Sc. in Plant Protection from the American University of Beirut, and a B.Sc. in Agriculture from the same institution. His office is located in the Public Policy Institute, Room 110, and he can be contacted at 618-453-1782 or via email.
Research Interests: Dr. Fakhoury specializes in plant pathology, fungal genetics, mycotoxins, and plant-microbe interactions. His work includes genetic modification for aflatoxin resistance and yeast research to enhance ethanol production.

- CSEM/PSAS 403A: Field Crops Diseases
- CSEM 300: Field Crop Production
- CSEM/PSAS 455: Biology of Plant Microbe Interactions
