Ahmad Alomari

Ahmad Alomari, MD, MSc, FSIR is Associate Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School and holds the P.E. Burrows Chair in Interventional Radiology & Vascular Anomalies. He serves as Co-Director of the Vascular Anomalies Center at Boston Children's Hospital with clinical expertise in vascular malformations and minimally invasive interventions.

His research focuses on diagnosis and treatment of complex vascular anomalies including lymphatic disorders, venous malformations, and overgrowth syndromes. Recent work includes novel classification systems for vascular anomalies and development of image-guided therapeutic approaches.

Publications demonstrate extensive work on vascular anomaly characterization, interventional techniques, and genetic associations. Recent studies (2021-2025) emphasize clinical outcomes analysis, novel classification systems, and minimally invasive treatment optimization.
