Ahlam Lee

Ahlam Lee is an Associate Professor at the School of Psychology, Xavier University (Cincinnati, Ohio). Her academic career includes prior roles at Xavier (2015–2021) in Leadership Studies and Human Resource Development, and as an Assistant Professor of Education at Arkansas State University (2012–2015). She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis (2011) and an M.S. in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2008).

She has advised multiple students, including S.R. Eshleman, E.A. Park, and Y.E. Gong, who are marked as her co-authors in key studies.

Dr. Lee teaches courses in General Psychology, Political Psychology, Advanced Statistics, and Computer Statistics Language, bridging psychological theory with data science in her pedagogy.
