Agris Bitans is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia, teaching Law of Obligations (General and Special Parts) and Current Problems of Contract and Tort Law. His research focuses on Tort Law, particularly compensation for damages, with a secondary interest in data reuse and personal rights.
