Agnieszka Rymsza, PhD, is a sociologist currently serving as a lecturer at Civitas University and manager of the Department of Politics and Economy at the Embassy of Poland in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Her academic foundation includes a Master's degree from Warsaw University (2000) and doctoral studies at the Graduate School for Social Research, Polish Academy of Sciences, enriched by international fellowships:
- Marie Curie Fellowship at University of Manchester (2001)
- Research period at University of Cambridge (2002)

Dr. Rymsza's research centers on nonprofit sector dynamics, public policy frameworks, and disability support systems, evidenced by her 2007 doctoral dissertation analyzing pathological trends in Poland-US nonprofit-public administration relationships.
