Agnes Hofer

Agnes Hofer is a Researcher at the Institute for Personal Competence Development, University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, specializing in work psychology and organizational behavior within agile work environments.

Her research focuses on Competency Development and Digital Work Behavior, with primary projects including COMP4PRO (identifying bottleneck competencies in agile manufacturing through design-based research) and NERD (analyzing unbounded work behavior via app-based interventions). Funded by the Lower Austrian Chamber of Labor's "Project Fund Work 4.0", the NERD project utilized mixed methods including app usage data, 40+ interviews, focus groups, and panel surveys to examine working time flexibility and digital behavior patterns.
