Agata Krawczyk

Agata Krawczyk serves as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Conducting, Composition and Music Theory, Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk, where she has taught music theory courses including ear training, harmony, musical analysis, instrumentation, and contemporary composition techniques since 2007.

Her academic background comprises:

• Master of Music in Music Theory and Composition from the Academy of Music in Gdańsk
• Bachelor of Music in Conducting from the Academy of Music in Gdańsk
• One-year Erasmus composition program at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre in Tallinn
• Postgraduate studies in Film Music, Computer Music, and Audiovisual Creation at the Academy of Music in Łódź

Her creative research focuses on composition across film music, sacred music, and contemporary genres, with works performed at the Gaude Mater International Festival of Sacred Music in Częstochowa and the NYYD International Festival of Contemporary Music in Tallinn. She integrates technology in audiovisual creation and applies modern compositional techniques in both pedagogical and artistic contexts.

Professionally active in academic governance, she regularly serves on juries for composition competitions including the Baltic Science Festival sound logo contest, the National Competition for Arrangement of Feliks Nowowiejski's works, and the Inter-University National Competition for Musical Aural Skills.
