Adé Hogue was a part-time lecturer in the Department of Design at DePaul University and a frequent guest educator at the Graphic Design program of UNC Charlotte's College of Arts + Architecture. He held a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design from UNC Charlotte (2012). His expertise centered on hand-created type, lettering design, and branding, with notable clients including PayPal, Nike, and ALDI. He advocated for social justice, particularly in diversifying the cycling community.
