Adwoa D. Donyina is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering and Computer Science Department at Tagliatela College of Engineering, University of New Haven. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Leicester (2011), an M.S.c from the University of Leicester (2008), and an Hons B.S.c from the University of Toronto (2007).
Her research focuses on socio-technical systems, stochastic simulation, graph transformation systems, rule-based approaches, role-based access control, business process modeling, metamodeling, domain specific languages, and model driven development. Her work bridges theoretical computer science with practical applications in distributed systems, workflow management, and resource allocation.
Publications demonstrate a consistent focus on computational modeling techniques applied to complex systems, with recent work exploring educational applications of graph transformations. Her research employs formal methods to solve practical problems in computing and engineering education.
