Adrien Schlachter is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at INSA Rennes (National Institute of Applied Sciences of Rennes), France.

Dr. Schlachter's research focuses on the chemistry of functional materials, particularly polymeric coordination compounds with copper(I). His work bridges inorganic chemistry, polymer science, and materials chemistry. His expertise spans synthetic techniques for creating novel coordination compounds and characterizing their physical and chemical properties. His doctoral research under Prof. Harvey explored the development and properties of copper(I)-based polymeric structures with potential applications in catalysis and materials science.
