Adrian Ryszard Wiater

Adrian Ryszard Wiater is a Professor at the Department of Industrial and Environmental Microbiology, Institute of Biological Sciences, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology. His research focuses on microbial enzymes, particularly fungal mutanase, with applications in dental biotechnology and environmental science.

• Full professor status achieved after habilitation in 2013

Research Interests span microbial biotechnology, enzymology, and environmental biochemistry. His work on Trichoderma harzianum mutanase has significant implications for both fundamental enzymology and practical dental medicine applications.
