Prof. Adrian Künzler is an Assistant Professor of Commercial and Business Law at the University of Zurich, specializing in competition law, intellectual property, and corporate law. He holds a J.S.D. and LL.M. from Yale Law School, and a Dr.iur. and Lic.iur. from the University of Zurich. His research focuses on antitrust in digital markets, data privacy, and behavioral economics' intersection with law.
He teaches courses including Antitrust Law in the Digital Economy, Intellectual Property in the Digital Age, and Corporate Law. Key publications include Restoring Consumer Sovereignty (OUP 2017) and articles on third-generation competition frameworks and digital antitrust challenges.
