Adriaan Bedner

Adriaan Bedner is a Professor of Law and Society in Indonesia and Head of the Van Vollenhoven Institute for Law, Governance and Society at Leiden University. His research focuses on Indonesian legal systems, governance, and dispute resolution, with particular attention to issues like legal pluralism, environmental law, and access to justice. He leads the institute and collaborates with organizations such as KITLV.
