Aditya Raguram

Aditya Raguram is a Whitehead Fellow at the Whitehead Institute, where he leads the Raguram Lab focused on developing novel delivery systems for therapeutic macromolecules. His research investigates natural cellular transport mechanisms and engineered virus-like particles to enable targeted delivery of proteins and gene-editing agents into diseased cells, with applications in treating genetic disorders. He earned an A.B. in Chemistry and Physics from Harvard College (2018) and a Ph.D. in Chemical Biology from Harvard University (2023), where he pioneered genome-editing delivery technologies under Prof. David R. Liu.

His work spans:
