Aditi Tuell

Aditi Tuell serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Rehabilitation Sciences department at the Dwyer School of Health Sciences, Indiana University South Bend, where she joined the faculty in August 2024. She concurrently holds the position of Academic Fieldwork Coordinator (AFWC) for the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) program.

Her educational foundation includes a Bachelor's degree from the College of Allied Health Sciences, Manipal, India (2001) and a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (2003). She commenced doctoral studies in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences at Western Michigan University in July 2022 while maintaining active clinical practice.

Dr. Tuell's clinical expertise centers on Occupational Therapy with specialized proficiency in Hand Therapy and Lymphedema Therapy, delivered through NovaCare Rehabilitation in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Her professional focus integrates academic instruction with outpatient orthopedic clinical application, emphasizing evidence-based rehabilitation methodologies.

She contributes to scholarly discourse as assistant copy editor for The Open Journal of Occupational Therapy, supporting academic publishing standards within her discipline while balancing teaching responsibilities and clinical practice.
