Adina Pintilie

Adina Pintilie is a Professor of documentary film at the Department of Film, Hamburg University of Fine Arts (HFBK Hamburg). Her work spans cinema, installation, performance, and virtual reality, focusing on intimacy, contemporary body politics, and participatory practices. Notable works include Touch Me Not (2018 Golden Bear winner) and Don’t Get Me Wrong (2007 Golden Dove winner). She is a European Film Academy member and has lectured globally at institutions like KHM Cologne and Stockholm University of the Arts.
