Adela McMurray is a Professor of Management/HRM and Innovation at Flinders University (Australia). She also holds Honorary Professor roles at RMIT University and Adjunct Professor at Swinburne University. She serves as a guest editor for the Journal of Applied Energy and Journal of Cleaner Production, and associate editor of the Journal of Management History. Her research focuses on Innovation, Culture, Sustainability, Commitment, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership in public and private sectors.
