Adel Moumen

Adel Moumen is a third-year student in the Avignon Master's Degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Engineering (CMI 2i2A), with a focus on artificial neural networks and their applications in speech, text, and image processing. He is currently on international mobility at Swansea University in Wales and serves as a tutor for 28 first-year computer science students at the University of Avignon.

Research interests center on artificial intelligence, neural network architectures (particularly LiGRU networks), and practical applications in projects like NER for martial arts recognition (E-Magina) and articulated hand modeling with EPFL. He actively contributes to the French-speaking Machine Learnia community and participates in the development council of CERI (Center for Teaching and Research in Computer Science).

Future aspirations include pursuing a work-study Master's in AI, a PhD in neural networks, and eventually becoming a lecturer to transfer knowledge while advancing AI research foundations.
