Adebusola Ateloye

Dr. Adebusola Ateloye is a Lecturer in Construction Project Management at the University of the West of England (UWE), affiliated with the Faculty of Engineering and Technology and the Department of Architecture and the Built Environment. With over 20 years of experience in academia and industry, her expertise spans digital construction, sustainability, and project management.

Her research focuses on decarbonisation in the construction sector, alongside work in Building Information Modelling (BIM), value and risk management, and health and safety. She has led curriculum development initiatives and taught courses on construction procurement, modern methods of construction, and project management principles.

Recent research trends include the application of IoT in construction, reflecting her commitment to advancing digital construction methodologies. She has collaborated on projects presented at the International Sustainable Ecological Engineering Design for Society (SEEDS) conference in Leeds.

As a Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) Ambassador, she promotes practical engagement with STEM subjects, linking academic theory to real-world industry challenges.
