Ade Oyegoke

Ade Oyegoke is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Built Environment, Engineering and Computing at Leeds Beckett University. A distinguished Quantity Surveyor and expert in construction procurement, his work bridges theoretical and practical applications in construction economics and project management.

Research Interests:

• Housing adaptation for aged and disabled populations
• Sustainability and transparency in construction processes
• Procurement strategies and cost overrun analysis in mega projects
• Integration of BIM and digital enterprise tools for fire safety compliance

Current Projects include the Innovate UK-funded £500,000 Adapt-ABLE initiative, which develops smart systems for streamlining housing adaptations through Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) digital solutions.

Labs & Teams: Collaborates with the Construction Informatics and Digital Enterprise Laboratory (CIDEL) to automate fire safety diagnostics via Machine Learning-Enabled BIM solutions.
