Adam Zajac

Adam Zajac is a full professor and head of the Department of Sport Training at the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice, Poland. He serves as director of the Institute of Sport Sciences and president of the Academic Sports Club of AWF Katowice. His expertise spans strength and power training, sprinting performance optimization, and exercise metabolism. He has over 25 years of coaching experience in basketball and 5 years in athletics coaching.
