Adam Szpaderski

Professor Adam Szpaderski is an Associate Professor at SWPS University's Faculty of Social Sciences in Warsaw, Department of Management. He serves as Head of the Research Center on the Economics of Memorial Sites and holds leadership roles including Dean's Representative and Chair of the Committee for Internationalization of Education Offer. His expertise spans strategic management, Holocaust education, and museum economics.

He advises key institutions like the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum, Stutthof Museum, and Gross-Rosen Museum. Research focuses on memorial site management, new technologies in education, and financial aspects of cultural heritage. He leads projects funded by EEA/Norway Grants, Polish Ministry of Culture, and SWPS University.

Professor Szpaderski teaches Advanced Business Development, Leadership and Communication, and Management Tools. Awards include the Guardian of National Remembrance Medal and ICOM membership. He chairs the Journal of Leadership and Management and serves on Sybilla Competition juries.
