Adam Szeidl is a Professor in the Department of Economics at Central European University (CEU) in Vienna, Austria, and Co-Director of the Center for Belief Update and Debiasing (DEBIAS). He joined CEU in 2011 after serving as an associate professor at UC-Berkeley. He holds a PhD in Economics from Harvard University (2004) and an MA in Economics from CEU (2000). His research focuses on applied microeconomics, with expertise in economics of networks, international trade, behavioral economics, and consumption patterns.
