Dr. Adam Harris is an Assistant Professor in the College of Engineering and Technology at Western Carolina University. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. His teaching focuses on project-based courses, including Introduction to Engineering, Digital Logic, and Microcontrollers. His research interests span Engineering Education, Fabrication techniques (e.g., 3D printing, circuit boards, laser cutting), and Machines that make machines. He advises students on passion projects such as the FabAcademy program.
