Adam ELAGE is a full Professor of Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance at KEDGE Business School in France. His research focuses on corporate governance, real earnings management, and corporate financial performance, with a particular emphasis on French companies.
His recent publications explore the interplay between CEO incentive pay, corporate social performance, shareholding structures, and the role of CSR committees in sustainable supply chain management.
