Adam Crawley is an Associate Teaching Professor in Literacy Studies at the University of Colorado-Boulder's School of Education. He serves as faculty chair of the annual CU Children's Book Festival, a collaboration with the Boulder Public Library and Boulder Bookstore. His teaching focuses on elementary education and student teacher coaching. Previously, he held tenure-track positions at the University of Texas at Austin and Oklahoma State University. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Georgia after 12 years as an elementary teacher.
