Abraham Joseph is an Adjunct Professor in the Departments of Design & Innovation and Accountancy at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. He is a change management professional with expertise in learning and development initiatives, digital transformation, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) consulting.

Mr. Joseph specializes in supporting organizations through transformational change via experiential learning interventions, strengths-based approaches for leadership development, and team effectiveness strategies. His work at PwC focused on digitalization, automation, and behavioral economics to embed digital behaviors and fuel innovation. He also designed a digital credentials program, including the "Human-Centered Design" badge, to upskill professionals.

Prior to consulting, he worked in M&A tax due diligence for Fortune 100 companies, handling transactions worth billions. As a double alumnus of Weatherhead, he bridges academic theory with practical applications in digital agility and organizational resilience.
