Abdullah Cem Ozal is an Associate Professor at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University's Faculty of Education, Department of Fine Arts Education. His academic journey began at Dokuz Eylül University where he completed his undergraduate studies in Fine Arts Education, followed by a Master's degree in Art Education and a Doctorate in Painting.
