Abdul Rahman Butt

Abdul Rahman Butt is a PhD Research Fellow at the Department of Management and Innovation, University of Agder, since April 2022. His core research investigates the psychological and management implications of gig work compared with traditional employment structures, focusing on worker well-being and organizational dynamics in evolving work environments.

Prior to UiA, he served as a bachelor's level lecturer of business management in China and worked as organizational support staff in Saudi Arabia's corporate sector. He holds NEBOSH and IOSH certifications in occupational health and safety, reflecting applied expertise in workplace systems.
